The perfect protein-packed treat for any time of day, the sausage is great on its own as a snack on-the-go, served with bread or crackers or added to your favourite pasta dishes and pizzas.
The pepperoni kit contains two 64g packets of pepperoni cure mix, two piping bags, sausage casings and full instructions.
Simply mix 900g of your chosen chilled pork mince with the pepperoni cure mix, add ice water and pipe into the casings.
Once filled, slow bake them in the oven for just over two hours.
When cooked, the sausages can be kept in the fridge for up to five days or sliced and frozen for up to six months.
Not suitable for gas ovens.
