Product Review
grow your own pink oyster mushrooms
We intended this item to be a Christmas present but were a bit taken aback when it arrived in a large chilled container. There was nothing in the catalogue, on line or on the outside of the box so we opened it to get instructions out which said the product should be kept in the fridge and used within a month so no use to us for a Christmas present.

Please accept our apologies for any confusion. We have confirmed with the supplier that the mushroom kit should be stored in a cool, dry place and the growing process must start within three months of purchase.
We have amended the description online to reflect this.
Many thanks,

Service Review
We contacted customer services who very kindly contacted the suppliers who said it didn't need to be kept in the fridge or grown within a month as it had said in the packet. They seemed however to be describing growing instructions rather than storage of the item
