    Standard Delivery  

    Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days if items are in stock (UK Mainland addresses - other countries will take longer, see the Delivery Charges section below). The majority of orders will arrive via Hermes.

    If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend using our Next Day Delivery option. However, please note that Next Day Delivery is not available on personalised products or products with a postal surcharge.

    Personalised orders and some heavy/larger items with a postal surcharge can take 2-4 weeks.

    Next Day Delivery

    This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands - some AB, PH & PA postcodes).

    Place your order before 1pm Monday - Thursday and we will despatch your parcel for delivery (next working day). Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday.

    Personalised items and those with a postage surcharge, which are sent direct from our Supplier, cannot be sent by Next Day Delivery. Items that are out of stock at the time of sending the Next Day Delivery order will follow, once back in stock, by Standard Delivery.

    Please note that Next Day Delivery does not include deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

    The cost of Next Day Delivery is £8.99.

    Delivery outside of Europe takes 7-10 days and needs to be signed for. Please note that none of our delivery prices include any local Taxes or Duties – the recipient is responsible for these, if applicable.

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. We are sorry but personalised products, food and self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately.

    We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.

    Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

    If you have lost your Returns Form, or need an extra copy, you can download a blank copy of the Returns Form here. Please print and send with the returned items.

    You can now return using Collect+ for just £4.49.

    Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 3,500 local shops; most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. Simply visit to find your local Collect+ store and purchase your returns label. Then print and attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered. Drop off your parcel at any Collect+ store, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code.

    Please note, you must obtain a returns label before taking your parcel into a Collect+ store. Collect+ will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a Qwerkity returns label. This service can be used for parcels weighing up to 10kg and includes online tracking and up to £50 insurance.

    You can book your returns label online using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Please note that you need a printer available to print off the label.

    Please note that you can only return your item by Collect+ in the UK and for parcels with dimensions no larger than 50x50x60cm, which weigh no more than 10kg. Qwerkity cannot accept responsibility for issues arising through the use of this service, as we do not have an affiliation with them.

    Faulty Goods

    In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our customer services department. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

    Mobile Phones
    If your phone develops a fault or needs to be repaired, then it may be subject to a manufacturer's warranty. If this is the case please call customer services for advice. If your mobile phone is still in the warranty period and has not been damaged through misuse, we will repair it free of charge.

    Recycling of Electronic and Electrical Equipment

    The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

    The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

    Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

    M&G Presents Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

    Customers must return, at their cost, their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Alternatively, you may find that you have more convenient local recycling facilities (to find your nearest recycling sites for waste, electrical and electronics products, contact your local Council or visit and type your postcode into the Recycling Bank Locator).

    Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

    Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Qwerkity offer a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries.  You can return waste batteries to Qwerkity, Hill House, Woodview Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ4 7SR.

    Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
